Firing up once again

It’s been a joy for Brett de Hoedt to emcee Fire Protection Association Australia conferences over the last decade.The three day 2025 Fire Australia extravaganza - held in May, at Sydney’s ICEC - brought together the entire life safety and fire industry from fire engineers and scientists to firefighters and architects.

Dozens of overseas guests and speakers, 50+ exhibitors, site visits and a gala awards dinner made for a sold out success. Brett’s already been booked to emcee the 2026 conference in Melbourne. Fine by him.
